How long is the order processing time?

If you have purchased online, with a Credit, Debit, or Cash card, you will receive an order receipt and product delivery information email as soon as the order is placed. We normally ship-out all orders within 24-48 hours. Finally delivery time will vary based on location.

How do I make an exchange?

Replacement / Exchange:-if the product is Damaged, Defective condition or it was not as described, you may request a replacement for that
product. We provide replacement of the product once we have received the product which was either “Damaged, Defective, or Not as described” and we have a done the quality check on the same (for damaged and defective items). Replacement is subject to availability of the product. In case the replacement product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund to your account.

Do you arrange for reverse pickups?

Reverse pickup is applicable only for a selected set of pincodes. You can check by contacting support@fatfatiya.in. If your pincode doesn't have reverse pickup facility, you will have to ship the item back.

What kinds of payment methods do you accept?

We have a number of payment methods. Choose the one that is most convenient for you. The options are:


Online payment through your Credit, Debit, or Wallet and

Cash on Delivery (COD)

What should I do if my payment doesn't get through or fails?

If your payment transaction fails, please email us at support@fatfatiya.in

What is your refund policy?

Prepaid orders will be refunded to the original source. COD orders will be refunded to the account details submitted while requesting refund.

For orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self ship the items to Fatfatiya. In this case, an amount of Rs. 60 will be reimbursed . This will be done post the quality check of all received items.

How long do I get support?

Generally we try our best to contact you withing 24 hours of receiving your email or queries.
